  • Colours can appear differently from one screen to another, and dyed fabric varies slightly between batches
  • Measurements are taken by hand and may vary marginally between pieces
  • We cannot guarantee that every detail is free of error

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, and cancel an order where necessary.

Orders and payment

When you place an order you confirm that the information you have given is accurate and complete, and that you are authorised to use the payment method selected.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel or limit quantities at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud or a pricing error.

Pricing and shipping

Prices are listed in USD and AUD and apply to orders delivered within the United States and Australia.

  • Shipping methods: Standard Shipping and Insured Priority Shipping, tracking included on both
  • Shipping cost: $4.99 USD standard, $9.99 USD insured priority, free on orders of 2 or more items
  • Order cut-off: 1:00 PM EST
  • Processing: 1 to 2 business days
  • Transit: 4 to 8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and can vary for reasons outside our control.

Returns and refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy sets out the full conditions. In short:

  • Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and still tagged
  • The customer pays return shipping on a change of mind
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2 business days

Cancellations

An order can be cancelled only before it has been processed or shipped. Once dispatched, it must follow the return process after delivery.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Amara Belle or is used with permission, and may not be copied, reproduced or used elsewhere without our written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amara Belle is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from:
